All United States orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS Ground, or DHL. Orders to P.O. Boxes ship via US Priority Mail. UPS/FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Sales tax is charged to California orders only.

PayPal protects your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is NOT shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.

Do I need to sign up for a PayPal account now?
No. But you can sign up easily after you finish making this payment.

Return Policy

Return product within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange if you are not satisfied. The customer should submit a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will then refund the item (minus the shipping fee) or issue an exchange for the item. Eautodevices.com will email you instructions for returning your product. RMA numbers can be obtained by submitting your information to: info@eautodevices.com.

Return items in the original packaging and include all contents.

1. RMA number attached to all packages being returned
2. A copy of the purchase invoice must be included with the return
3. The return must be sent within 10 days of the issuance of the RMA
4. Original shipping and handling charges may not be refundable. You are responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns

Limited Warranty

The backup sensor and backup camera systems carry a one year from date of purchase warranty against defects. The device or its parts will be replaced, but a shipping charge may be added. Warranty DOES NOT COVER misuse or damage due to normal operating conditions, incorrect installation, or alteration or modification of the system. All warranty claimants should follow the "Return Policy" listed above when returning a product. The limited warranty applies to the original owner ONLY.
